Job Role: What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll have a mix of responsibilities, including:
- Harvesting vegetables by hand and with machinery
- Sorting and packing produce in the packing shed
- Maintaining farm hygiene and equipment
- Weather‑proofing tasks, adapting to early mornings, hot summers, and cool winters
Candidate Requirements
Must‑have:
- Reliable personal vehicle (public transport isn’t available in rural Cowra)
- Ability to start work at 7 AM and flexibility for weekend/seasonal shifts
- Physically fit for long hours and repetitive tasks
- Comfortable following safety protocols and working in a close‑knit team

- Previous farm, warehouse, or packing shed experience
- Willingness to learn and get stuck into farm life
